Works OK if you just need to blow a deck or around a pool, but if you need to blow leaves in a yard, really not enough power.
the battery is also not that strong. get a corded one of find a better cordless... |
Could have more power

| Gets the job done perhaps at a slower rate. On the up side, no bulky extension cord or hard-to-start pull. Battery=powered, Yea!!! |
It's a REAL keeper!!!

I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoy my blower. I'm a woman in my mid 70s and always had to depend on having someone come and blow the debris off my patio with a large bulky blower that I couldn't handle. Now I can use my cordless blower everyday and keep my wicker furniture dust-free and clean as well. It's lightweight and powerful at the same time. I bought it for my daughter and son-in-law as well and have recommended it to several people who have purchased it and have been very satisfied. Re-charging it is simple and the tapered tube makes it easy to get in and around furniture and pots.
At LAST I don't have to depend on others for help because it's a breeze to handle. Just the right size for everyday use.
I purchased my blower from Amazon.com and received my purchase in 3 days and the ordering process was simple. |

| This is a great blower. I did not get it it here, but I was pleased with it so I figured I will come and give it 5 stars. It is light and blows quite forcefully! And you do not have the noise of the gas powered ones. Very easy to assemble and charge and one button operation. I use it for small/moderate jobs, not to clean millions of leaves, so keep that in mind. |
Light and Easy

| I am a 5' 4" female who weighs 125 pounds and needed a blower that didn't scare me and wasn't too heavy. This blower is sooooo light I can carry it all around our 11 acres without a problem. Initially I bought the weedwacker, same brand, and loved it sooo much that I bought the blwer, too. It was a brilliant idea because they share the same charger, so when it runs down I have a backup charger. There is one MAJOR problem with both of them, though: the battery only lasts about 20 minutes (of continuous use). This would be fine if I was just cleaning up our yard, but to use it on an 11 acre ranch is ridiculous. I'm now considering getting a big heavy duty gas run blower and weedwacker (which is exactly what I wanted to avoid) because currently I have to carry the extra batteries with me wherever I go. This blower is perfect for a small yard, bad idea for a big farm. I do love it and for its price and light weight will give it 5 stars, but if you have more than 2 acres, get something gas run. Guys, it would be a great present for a female- I've become really attached to mine and love to use it. |

Great small-area leaf blower!

| I've had this leaf blower for about a month, and I use it to clear off my 12' x 14' deck and same-sized driveway. It's lightweight, super easy to use, and exactly what I was looking for! Not only do I use it for leaf-blowing, but it works for clearing debris from my plantings as well as blowing small amounts of standing water after rainstorms (mosquito control). The battery lasts for approximately 3 cleanups--not quite as long as I would expect, but this is only a minor inconvenience because it could be charged after every use (the battery doesn't have a 'memory'). |

| If you have a small to modest stretch of sidewalk, street, driveway or yard, then this Earthwise Blower may be for you. Its cordless, lightweight and effective for what it is. In addition, it is quiet and recharges quickly. Also, the other owner's reviews influenced my purchase of this product. |
Works great, light and quiet.

| This product is great for what it's design to do. It's light, has the power needed for the job and is much quieter than my previous one. Of course, it's not for heavy duty work. For that I used a gasoline back pack model. |
OK Choice, But Not for Heavy Duty Work

I'm used to a more heavy duty type blower ( over 160 mph ) , either electric or gas powered with a much more powerful force for blowing. I use them both a lot
I got this one for light duty work. Just clearing away leaves / dust / etc from a sidewalk, driveway, or patio. It does OK at this, but NOT for any kind of heavy duty use, it does not have the power
You only have about 10 mins of battery life and power. it's a single speed blower ( the bigger blowers may have 2 speeds ), the Earthwise website says it blows 140 mph but I doubt it
If there is a light breeze blowing against you forget it. The breeze has more influence than the battery blower does. May the breeze be at your back instead.
Pros: Lightweight and easy to use, good for a 5 minute job sweeping away light debris from a walk way / driveway / patio, Quiet compared to the more powerful blowers
Cons: 18V BATTERY is a major weak spot, only 10 mins power. They should use a 24V instead for a bit more life
Only good on smooth surfaces, garage floor, side walk, etc not enough power to blow bigger jobs |

| This is a great light weight cordless blower for small jobs. It doesn't have the power of an electric blower but but it is easier to handle. I've used it to blow off debree from my deck that falls daily from the large tree above. Not sure how well it will work for blowing leaves from my yard in the fall. |
Works really well for my yard needs.

So far I have no complaints about the cordless blower. It has the power I need and is really light to use.
The battery is easy to charge with the included charger and gives me enough time to complete blowing off my driveway, patio and sidewalk.
All in all, the Earthwise CB20018 18 Volt Cordless Blower is a good product and I would recommend it to anyone that has an average sized lawn.
